Education

ALL apprenticeships at hmp:
- At least intermediate school leaving certificate
- Not afraid of computers and

Environmental protection
As a manufacturer of a product that is primarily produced using chemical
processes, we are absolutely committed to the careful
and responsible treatment of our environment.
Our investments are made with a view to environmentally friendly process technology and resource conservation. We regularly undergo successful environmental audits in accordance with DIN EN
ISO 14000 ff and have been doing so since 1999!
Our production is completely free of environmentally harmful substances.
solvents. We only use solder resists and photoresists that can be developed using alkaline water. We treat residual rinsing water separately in a modern waste water plant, which accounts for a tenth of our production area.
In addition to the prescribed controls, hmp undergoes its own strict monitoring of the wastewater limit values.
Encouraging result: the metals found in the wastewater are all – in some cases considerably – below the permissible values. Our environmental reports are published annually on our website.
The reliability of our
products is particularly important in industrial electronics. Take the production of high-quality printed circuit boards, for example: The combination of different
technologies, materials and manufacturing processes results in
some complex structures, the use of which must be taken into consideration.
Through suitable material selection, maximum process reliability and reproducibility, reliability tests, processing recommendations – and, not forgetting, competent technical advice – we help to increase the reliability of printed circuit boards.
