We have been working successfully according to the certified quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1994 and have also been certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2009 since 2016. In 2017, we underwent certification in accordance with transition IATF 16949.
These certificates attest to our fulfillment of the world’s highest customer requirements for quality management systems. The TÜV report states: “The strengths of the company are the consistent integration of the quality officers, the qualified internal communication, the high level of order and cleanliness as well as the good process assurance in production.”
We also carry out numerous process and product tests in-house. It goes without saying that we manufacture to UL 94 and UL 796 (file number E 141015), and also to railroad standards on request.
Our team is the key to the success of our company. This is why professional development and quality training are part of our corporate concept. We rely on project management and teamwork as an active means of promoting quality.
We carry out all the usual tests in our industry in-house. AOI testing and electrical testing is the standard for our printed circuit boards. Numerous other control procedures are available to us for functional testing or fault diagnostics.
The change in the production profile towards high-density interconnection multilayers requires more powerful controls. We are investing in our testing technology to the same extent that we are renewing our production facilities and expanding our product range. Because high product quality is the key to your success.
